These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Flo Life Vitality (the Seller) and any natural or legal person (the Buyer) making a purchase via the flolifevitality.com website. By validating their order, the Buyer declares that they accept these conditions without reservation.

The Seller offers for sale digital products (e-books, guides, PDF programs) as well as online coaching services. The essential characteristics of the products and services are described as accurately as possible on the sales pages. The Seller reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€). As a small enterprise subject to the tax exemption regime in Belgium, VAT is not applicable (Prices are net). Payment for purchases is made in full upon ordering, exclusively by credit card via the secure payment system Stripe. No banking data is kept on our servers.

WARNING - WAIVER OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with the provisions of Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the European Directive on Consumer Rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium. By proceeding with the payment of a digital product (E-book, PDF program, etc.), the Buyer expressly agrees that the execution of the contract begins immediately after the purchase (download or sending by email) and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. Consequently, no refunds will be granted for digital products.

Flo Life Vitality operates exclusively in the field of Life Coaching, Wellness, and Personal Development. Florina Noje is neither a doctor nor a state-certified dietician. The coaching services, nutritional advice, and programs sold on this site do not in any way constitute a medical prescription, diagnosis, or treatment of a disease. The Buyer is solely responsible for their health and agrees to consult a doctor before undertaking any dietary changes or physical programs.

These T&C are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
